How much is shipping?

Shipping to anywhere in Canada is just $9* for your full order OR if you purchase more than $119, your shipping is free*!

How do we ship?

By Canada Post and since our store is open 7 days per week, your order is shipped within 1 business day of it being received.

How long does the shipping take?

The shipping times are controlled by Canada Post, but generally:

• 2 days within Montreal or Toronto
• 2-5 days within Quebec or Ontario
• 2-7 days elsewhere in Canada

Can I pick-up my Order?

Sure! Just call us before putting your order in and we will be happy to hold it for you in our store. There are obviously no shipping charges at all!

Can I have my order shipped to an address outside of Canada?

We are sorry, but at this time we do not ship outside of Canada. This will change in the upcoming months and we are excited to soon offer wonderful products to our American neighbours. Other countries will follow suite!

*excludes remote locations within Canada. If you are shipping to a remote location (Postal Codes starting with A0K-A0P-G0G-P0L-P0T-P0V-R0B-S0J-TOH-T0P-V0J-V0N-V0P-V0R-V0T-V0V-XOA -XOB-XOC-XOE-YOB) you will be charged the base shipping fee at checkout and then will contact you with any additional charges. The order will only be processed once you have approved the shipping quote.
