YES- even if you have played it! We think all our games are fun and are willing to back it up.
Is there a catch? Well not really… but we naturally require the product to be returned in new condition. Here is what that means:
All pieces, instructions and packaging must be:
- included and intact
- in original conditional (clean, no scratches, bends or other signs of use)
- if present, the plastic wrap from the exterior packaging does not need to be returned!
Before returning your item, please contact us by phone or email to receive return authorization. Any items returned without this authorization cannot be accepted.
Provided the above conditions are met, we can arrange for a full refund less any shipping expenses incurred.
2. Faulty Items
We stand behind the quality of our products, as do our manufacturers. If you have received an item with a fault, please notify us within 14 days of your package arriving. We will be happy to assist you in receiving a full-refund, and the exact policy will vary depending on the manufacturer. Please contact us either via phone or email as soon as you are aware of the situation.
3. Damaged Goods
We cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process.
However, if the packaging and contents are clearly damaged when delivery is attempted, refuse the delivery entirely noting "damaged in shipping" and contact our customer Service Department immediately we will assist you in contacting the shipper.
If signing for a package that arrives damaged, please sign for the package only as "Damaged Package, items not inspected" and contact us immediately after opening and inspecting if the product inside is also damaged.
