2. Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality of our products, as do our manufacturers. If you have received an item with a fault, please notify us within 14 days of your package arriving. 3. Damaged Goods

We cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process. However, if the packaging and contents are clearly damaged when delivery is attempted, refuse the delivery entirely noting "damaged in shipping" and contact our customer Service Department immediately we will assist you in contacting the shipper.

If signing for a package that arrives damaged, please sign for the package only as "Damaged Package, items not inspected" and contact us immediately after opening and inspecting if the product inside is also damaged.
